Pure operations partner

Extend your detailing operation without opening another studio.

Pure can operate as a managed extension of an established detailing business: assigned capability, studio infrastructure and documented execution for approved appointments.

The arrangement

You keep your brand, customers and pricing.

Pure supplies the operating layer behind agreed work. The partner remains responsible for its customer relationship and commercial terms; Pure remains responsible for its people, studio and execution.

Assigned capability

A primary detailer supports booked partner work, with managed backup coverage for continuity.

Studio infrastructure

Washing and detailing bays, lighting, tools, equipment and ordinary operating utilities.

Documented execution

Scheduling, vehicle intake, visible-condition records, in-process quality control and completion reporting.

Operating visibility

A regular summary of completed vehicles, job types, approximate hours and material scheduling or quality matters.

Boundaries before commitment

Capacity is managed, not imagined.

  • Throughput is not fixed. Actual output depends on the service mix, vehicle condition, complexity and agreed turnaround.
  • Priority applies to approved appointments submitted with the agreed notice; it is not ownership or exclusive control of a Pure employee.
  • Unused capacity does not accumulate, and exceptional manpower, hours, specialist work or premium materials are scoped separately.
  • Partner customer information is used only to perform the agreed work and is not used for Pure’s consumer marketing.
  • Commercial terms, service standards, notice periods, custody, rectification and incident procedures are agreed in writing before commencement.

This page is an overview, not an offer capable of acceptance. The operating fit and agreement are reviewed directly with each business.

Start with fit

Bring the workflow you need to extend.

We will compare appointment volume, service mix, notice, turnaround and quality expectations before discussing commercial terms.
