Pure collects only what is needed to complete an order, fulfil it, support it and understand whether the decision journey works.
Last updated 20 July 2026
What is collected and why
Stripe processes payment and returns identifiers, amount, payment state and the contact information needed for the order. Pure does not receive complete card details.
Name, email, delivery address or collection choice are used to prepare and support the order.
Supabase stores verified order, webhook, email-delivery and mission-count records on the server.
Resend delivers order confirmation and support information. Purchase does not create marketing consent.
GA4 and Microsoft Clarity run only after the approved consent state. Pure’s adapter removes contact, address and payment properties.
Information supplied during a support request is used to investigate and respond to that request.
What Pure does not do
- No photo-upload or remote photo-assessment workflow is part of the Manual journey.
- Checkout fields are not copied into analytics events.
- A transactional order email does not silently enrol someone in marketing.
- Server secrets and the Supabase service-role key are never sent to the browser.
Retention, access and correction
Order records will be retained only for the approved legal, accounting, fulfilment and support periods. The exact retention schedule and privacy contact route are launch gates and will be published before checkout opens.
Until then, privacy questions can be raised by calling +65 8975 2935 or writing to Pure Detailing at 60 Jalan Lam Huat #05-71, Singapore 737869.
