Before you rely on a result
The check gives direction, not a remote diagnosis.
Physical inspection
Where suitability, defect depth, safety or service scope depends on actual condition, Pure confirms it through a physical inspection before making a final recommendation.
Published prices
Published package prices apply to the stated scope and vehicle categories. Additional work, heavier correction and unusual condition are confirmed separately before work proceeds.
Bookings
An enquiry does not itself create a booking. A booking is formed when Pure confirms the vehicle, scope, price, date and any required payment or deposit with you.
Detailing services
The agreed scope controls the job.
- Tell Pure about known damage, repairs, sensitive finishes, aftermarket parts or previous treatments that may affect the work.
- Pure may pause, decline or re-scope work where the observed condition makes the original request unsuitable or materially different.
- Reasonable care is taken while the vehicle is in Pure’s custody. Concerns should be raised promptly so the condition record and agreed scope can be reviewed.
- Detailing improves suitable surfaces within their condition limits; it is not body repair, repainting, mechanical repair or a guarantee against future wear.
- Third-party websites and messaging platforms operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
Nothing here limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. These website terms are governed by Singapore law.
